Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

1. Lead and oversee a finance team of 8-10 members.
2. Review monthly management accounts across various geographies/entities.
3. Demonstrate expertise in financial ratios, costing, and fundamental accounting principles.
4. Proven track record in consolidation audits.
5. Proficient in cash flow planning and Cost Management Accounting (CMA).
6. Hands-on experience with Tally, Odoo, and advanced MS Excel.
7. Ensure accurate and timely accounting entries and work closely with auditors for seamless audit closure.
