An IT solutions provider in Dubai is seeking a Senior Account Manager with experience in supporting public and semi-governmental entities. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing sales activities, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Ideal candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in account management, fluent in English and Arabic, and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Our client is an IT solutions provider (System Integrator) in the GCC region and Africa. They have been in the market for more than 3 decades. They offer IT Managed Services, Digital Transformation, Cloud Services & Security Services. They are currently on the lookout for an experienced Senior Account Manager -with a strong background & experience in supporting public and semi-governmental entities in their digital transformation journey-, to join their team in Dubai.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales aspects in the assigned accounts. You will manage all sales activities and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values, establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the assigned area and contributes to the development of partners. Senior connection across the UAE Federal and Local Government is a prerequisite.
