Position Summary

The Sales Manager would lead the sales team at NIP in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of property consultants and ensuring the success of the secondary property sales initiatives are well achieved.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the Sales Team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize secondary property sales.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and delight throughout the sales process.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge whilst coaching and mentoring them as required.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to senior management.
  • Target Achievement: Monitor team performance and review KPIs followed by corrective actions to ensure targets are met or adhered to and even exceed expectation.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
Pre-requisites
  • Proven experience in real estate sales with a minimum of 8-10 years, of which 3 years in a leadership role ideally.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, sales and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
  • Good team management and interpersonal abilities.
  • Results-driven with an excellent track record and commercially astute.
  • Must be a go-getter, dynamic with a passion for sales.
