About the Role:
This demanding role requires resilience and a strong work ethic. Initially, you will learn to generate activity and leads within our financial planning niche, primarily through phone-based outreach, with a minimum expectation of 100 calls daily and one booking per day.
During the program, you will gain exposure to investment management, paraplanning, client servicing, and technical advice, with performance-based monthly incentives. The training lasts 24-36 months, including obtaining UK financial qualifications, with an initial six-month structured training period in Dubai, where mentorship and hands-on experience are provided.
