Job summary

A leading financial services firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of High Net Worth clients. Responsibilities include delivering tailored wealth management solutions, maintaining long-term relationships, and conducting market research. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in private banking or wealth management, with a proven track record in managing HNW/UHNW clients. Excellence in communication and a strong understanding of financial products are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years experience in private banking, wealth management, or investment advisory.
  • Proven track record of managing HNW/UHNW client portfolios.
  • Demonstrated business development success within financial services.
  • Excellent command of English; additional language skills an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for client enquiries and transactions.
  • Provide investment advice aligned with the firm’s strategy.
  • Monitor client portfolios and investment performance.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through consistent engagement.
  • Develop new business and expand existing client portfolios.

Skills

Strong relationship management and servicing skills
Excellent understanding of investment products and wealth strategies
Confident communicator
Sound knowledge of DFSA compliance
Proven ability to grow assets under management
Strategic mindset

Education

Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
Masters or CFA/CFP preferred
