• Develop negotiate and manage complex commercial contracts with clients vendors and partners
• Analyze and mitigate contractual risks ensuring the protection of company interests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective contract strategies
• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to closeout
• Conduct financial analysis to evaluate contract performance and profitability
• Ensure compliance with UAE commercial laws and regulations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Implement and maintain contract management systems and processes
• Provide guidance and training to team members on contract management best practices
• Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments affecting contract management
