Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in UAE s office design industry to increase demand for switchable glass walls.
• Identify and develop new projects in the windows and partitions market enhancing customer interactions.
• Manage relationships with key accounts to ensure strong customer engagement.
• Expand into other potential market segments such as healthcare premium residential and hospitality.
• Act as the liaison between customers and Smart Glass glazing partners in UAE.
• Oversee project objectives and ensure successful .
• Collaborate with the international sales team to align on leads and opportunities for growth in UAE.

Requirements

• 5 7 years of experience managing large office development projects in the office design industry
• BSc or MSc in Interior Design/Architecture or similar qualifications (preferred)
• Experience in the commercial partitions industry
• Familiarity with the Smart Glass industry (an advantage)
• Strong understanding of the office design industry with the motivation to generate new leads across various sectors
• Ability to work under pressure selfdriven flexible and eager to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to present projects at the CLevel
• Nativelevel English proficiency
