A leading vacation rental management firm in Fujairah is seeking a bilingual Front Desk Receptionist cum Admin. The ideal candidate must be a UAE National fluent in English and Arabic, possess excellent communication skills, and have a valid UAE driving license. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced English and Arabic speaker UAE National as a Front Desk Receptionist cum Admin with a valid UAE Driving License to join our newly established Fujairah branch (located in Sharm neighborhood, Fujairah).
Note: Our office is situated in the Sharm area of Fujairah. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to commute to and from the office using their own personal vehicle.
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process reservations over the phone, via email, or in-person.
- Ensure that all reservations have accurate and detailed information.
- Provide accurate information about our properties, amenities, and local attractions.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, office supplies procurement, etc.
- Prepare daily schedule and coordinate with Housekeeping and maintenance teams for daily operations.
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Other additional admin task assigned by the supervisor.
