A tech company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an IBM Integration Technical Lead to drive integration architecture and hands-on delivery across banking integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of hands-on experience, strong architectural knowledge, and proven skills in banking or regulated environments. This role requires strong stakeholder communication and leadership abilities, alongside expertise in IBM technologies such as ACE, IIB, and MQ.

The IBM Integration Technical Lead will be responsible for driving integration architecture, hands‑on delivery, and technical governance across banking integration initiatives. This role remains deeply hands‑on, despite seniority.
- Define integration architecture and standards using IBM ACE / IIB
- Perform hands‑on development for complex and critical integrations
- Lead large‑scale banking integration programs
- Govern best practices for error handling, performance, and security
- Act as the primary technical interface for business and IT stakeholders
- Mentor integration teams and enforce development standards
- Support strategic initiatives, upgrades, and platform modernization
- 10–12 years of hands‑on IBM Integration experience
- Strong architectural knowledge with practical delivery exposure
- Expertise in:
- IBM ACE / IIB
- IBM MQ
- REST / SOAP integrations
- Proven experience in banking or regulated environments
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
- IBM ACE / Integration Architect certifications preferred
- Hands‑on development is mandatory across all experience levels
- Experience in core banking and enterprise integrations is highly preferred
- Candidates must be comfortable working in a regulated banking environment
