We are seeking a Senior Technical Designer to play a critical role in translating design concepts into precise technical drawings and documentation. This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and hands-on experience in high-end retail environments and fit-outs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transform creative concepts into detailed technical/shop drawings
• Coordinate with internal design, production, and site teams
• Oversee on-site fit-outs and installations to ensure accuracy
• Ensure all designs comply with brand standards and local regulations
• Provide technical support throughout all project phases, from concept to completion

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proven experience in technical design for retail projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Background in civil works, contracting, millwork, or high-end retail furniture is highly preferred
