Job summary
A leading architecture firm is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Architect Modeler to join their Design team in Dubai. The role focuses on developing accurate 3D architectural models using BIM software, primarily Revit. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering and be UAE Nationals. Key responsibilities include preparing architectural drawings, assisting in model development, and coordinating with other disciplines. This full-time role requires 3 years of experience or fresh graduates willing to learn.
Qualifications
- UAE National (Family Book required).
- 3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of BIM standards and coordination processes.
- Understanding of UAE authority regulations and building codes is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 3D architectural models using BIM software (primarily Revit).
- Prepare architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
- Assist in converting conceptual designs into coordinated BIM models.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes.
