Desired Candidate Profile
Skills Requirements:
· Proven experience in customer service, preferably within trading, distribution, industrial goods, hardware, or electronics sectors.
· Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon) and online order management systems.
· Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
· Candidate should be proficient in speaking and English
