Qualifications

Fragrance Consumer Products (Fabric & Home Care category) - Team Administrator/Creative Fragrance Management Coordinator

A Team Administrator with a global leader in the creation of Taste & Wellbeing and Fragrance & Beauty, and a key member of our Fragrance Consumer Products Development team in Dubai - Your future position?

We are currently hiring for a 'Team Administrator (Creative Fragrance Management Coordinator)' to support the Fragrance Consumer Product development team in Dubai for the Fabric & Home Care category team. You will provide administrative and project coordination support to the team and ensure smooth operations.

Based in our Dubai office in Media City and reporting to the Fabric & Home Care Category Director for the Middle East & North Africa region, you will join a creative, passionate, and winning team, and support our continued success story in the SAMEA region.

In this exciting role, with a 'can-do' mindset, you will -

Administration:

Prepare olfactive booklet presentations for key projects or other similar slides for evaluators.

Coordinate internal fragrance smelling sessions.

Lead smelling sessions of global collections received from different centers.

Schedule meetings, take notes during meetings, prepare minutes for internal circulation, and follow up with the team members to complete the assigned tasks.

Support the evaluation team on administrative tasks on internal systems.

Manage and handle internal panels with evaluators.

Raise PO's for all team functions.

Coordinate on sending of market products and fragrance collections between different fragrance development centers internationally.

Prepare data analysis on Excel from internal Givaudan systems and supporting Category Directory as needed.

Team Coordination:

Support Market Research team on adhoc requests.

Support Marketing team in setting up internal exhibitions and displays.

Support and facilitate customer visits when needed.

Streamline the communication and work methodology between the fragrance development and lab teams.

Raise requests for fragrance application samples in the internal Givaudan systems.

Coordinate with the lab production and shipment of Market research samples for key projects and collection kits.

You?

Your professional profile includes -

Bachelors or University degree.

2+ years of relevant work experience in an administrative or business support role(s) in international and multicultural work environments, preferably in the fragrance, perfume, ingredient, chemicals, luxury or FMCG sectors.

Excellent project management skills.

Very good use of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and knowledge of new tools like Canva.

Working knowledge of ERPs like SAP is advantageous.

Excellent oral and written proficiency in the English language. Ability in additional languages like Arabic or French is advantageous but not mandatory.

A good team player and comfortable with diversity.
