Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations in Sharaf Retail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective flow of goods from suppliers to customers, warehousing, maintaining a high standard of quality, and improving supply chain processes to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company objectives.
  2. Manage procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution operations.
  3. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  4. Build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
  5. Monitor key supply chain metrics (e.g., lead time, fill rate, cost per unit) and prepare regular performance reports.
  6. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across the supply chain.
  7. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product teams.
  8. Use ERP and supply chain management software to plan and track shipments, production, and inventory.
  9. Respond proactively to supply chain disruptions, shortages, and market changes.
Requirements Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  2. 10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, or procurement management.
  3. Strong understanding of supply chain concepts, including demand planning, forecasting, and inventory control.
  4. Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, RetailPro), and analytic tools.
  5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  6. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Skills:
  1. APICS or similar supply chain certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM).
  2. Experience with international sourcing and customs regulations.
  3. Knowledge of audit processes & compliance.
