Exciting Opportunity for Service Coordinator Automotive Industry Expertise!

Are you an experienced Service Coordinator seeking to advance your career in the automotive sector? We are looking for a dedicated professional with a strong background in automotive service coordination to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline service operations within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate the time required for each workshop task and calculate associated job costs.
  • Maintain records of both estimated and actual worker times.
  • Ensure customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Utilize retention strategies to maintain and enhance customer relationships.
  • Provide customer estimates and invoices using SAP and triage systems.
  • Offer support and vacation coverage for Time Controllers, Costing Clerks, Service Advisors, Warranty Administrators, and Reception staff.
  • Conduct weekly Work In Progress (WIP) reviews in collaboration with the Service Manager and Service Advisors.
  • Manage daily Customer Experience Management (CEM) support, including follow-ups and addressing complaints.
  • Monitor CEM scores and ensure accurate customer data submission.
  • Provide recall campaign and Service Package Renewal (SPR) data to the booking team and monitor appointment success rates.
  • Deliver daily technician Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
  • Prepare month-end reports for the accounts department.
  • Handle daily activities related to providing extended warranty quotations and service package customer quotations, recording sales outcomes.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by the Service Manager.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the automotive service industry.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
  • Software Skills: Proficient in computerized accounting systems and office automation tools.
