Job Description

• Lead and manage the finance and accounts teams across multiple business units within the group.
• Develop and oversee financial strategies to ensure the group's financial health and alignment with growth objectives.
• Prepare, analyze, and interpret monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.
• Manage cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.
• Supervise budgeting, cost control, and financial planning processes across all entities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other local financial/legal requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and government authorities.
• Oversee internal controls, risk management, and policy development.
• Review and improve financial systems, procedures, and reporting structures.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Monitor project costing, job profitability, and working capital efficiency, especially within construction and interior design divisions.
• Manage and optimize relationships with suppliers, clients, and key stakeholders to support commercial objectives.
• Drive digital transformation in finance through ERP systems and process automation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within the UAE.
• Proven experience in Interior Fit-Out, Construction, and Building Material Trading industries.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE financial regulations, VAT, and compliance.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software/ERP systems (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-business environment.
