Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Technician to join our dynamic Repair and Maintenance Services team in Al Ain, UAE. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless operation of all IT infrastructure across our service locations, including hardware deployment, network connectivity, system maintenance, and surveillance systems (CCTV). The ideal candidate will possess hands‑on experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, with a strong foundation in system installation, software troubleshooting, and network management. You will be responsible for maintaining high uptime of IT systems, supporting field operations, and ensuring all digital assets are secure, functional, and up to date.

Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage and support CCTV systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of cameras, recorders, and monitoring software.
  • Ensure reliable network connectivity across office and field locations; perform routine network checks and optimizations.
  • Perform regular system updates, security patches, and data backups to maintain system integrity and security.
  • Assist in the setup and deployment of IT equipment for new projects and site activations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all IT assets, repairs, and service logs using asset management tools.
  • Provide on‑site technical support to staff and field teams, including remote diagnostics and on‑site interventions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers for repairs, replacements, and technical upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies, data protection standards, and safety protocols.
  • Utilize a valid UAE driving license to travel between sites and perform field‑based IT support as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in IT support, system maintenance, or field technician roles.
  • Proven experience in hardware and software troubleshooting, system installation, and network setup.
  • Strong understanding of TCP / IP, LAN / WAN, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Practical knowledge of CCTV systems, including IP cameras, NVR / DVR configuration, and remote access.
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic scripting or command‑line tools.
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory) with ability to travel to multiple locations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Willingness to join immediately and work flexible hours as required.
  • Open to working in a multi‑site, field‑based technical support environment.
  • Indian or Pakistani nationality preferred.
