A leading real estate company in Dubai is seeking a proactive HR Officer to manage all HR operations, ensure compliance with UAE Labour Laws, and support employee relations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of HR experience in the UAE real estate sector, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of labour regulations. This role offers opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of proven HR experience in the real estate industry within the UAE.
- Strong and up-to-date knowledge of UAE Labour Laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with integrity and confidentiality.
Responsabilités
- Administer day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Laws and company policies.
- Prepare and process employment contracts and visa applications.
