Charterhouse is working with a well-established IT Security and Solutions provider in the Middle East. Our client is looking to hire an HR Manager to join their expanding business to be based in their Dubai office.
This role is a brand new position in the company. You will report directly to the Director and build the HR function from new. There is a large emphasis on recruitment activity within the company, which will require you to work closely with Senior Management for manpower planning, sourcing and attraction, and interviewing. This will be a full generalist position covering all aspects of HR including capital and succession planning, onboarding and integration, compensation and benefits, as well as learning and development, and orientation and exit.
The successful candidate should ideally hold an MBA or a BBA Degree. You should also have a minimum of three years of experience within an HR management function, preferably within the IT industry. It is essential that you are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills. You should be currently based in the UAE and have previous experience in the Middle East.
