We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer with 2-3 years of UAE experience, specifically within the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE Labour Laws and be capable of handling all aspects of human resources, from recruitment to employee relations, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities
  • Administer day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and process employment contracts, offer letters, visa applications, and other employee documentation.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures in line with legal and company guidelines.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll data accurately.
  • Support performance management, training, and employee development initiatives.
  • Liaise with government authorities for visa processing, labour contracts, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Stay updated on any changes to UAE Labour Law and provide guidance to management on compliance and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven HR experience in the real estate industry within the UAE.
  • Strong and up-to-date knowledge of UAE Labour Laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to multitask and handle sensitive situations with integrity and confidentiality.
