• 3+ years’ experience in a generalist HR or HR support role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and UAE Labour Law is desirable.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR processes ensuring compliance with policies.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction for new staff.
• Maintain employee records and support HRIS/ERP system.
• Assist in recruitment for non-teaching roles.
• Handle HR-related queries from staff.
• Manage employee relations matters per policy guidelines.
• Assist in performance management processes and HR audits.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation and reports.
