We are seeking an experienced Cutover Manager to lead the dress rehearsal and cutover phases for a Coupa Greenfield Implementation within a large organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex ERP/SaaS implementations ensuring seamless transitions from legacy systems to Coupa. This role requires close coordination with cross‑functional teams, proactive risk management, and meticulous cutover planning.

• Cutover Planning: Develop and own the cutover strategy ensuring all tasks, dependencies, and milestones are clearly defined.
• Dress Rehearsal Management: Plan and execute mock cutovers (dress rehearsals) to validate readiness, identify gaps, and mitigate risks.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with business units, IT teams, system integrators, and third‑party vendors to align cutover activities.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to cutover and implement mitigation strategies to prevent business disruptions.
• Go‑Live Readiness & Hypercare: Establish and monitor cutover success criteria ensuring a smooth transition and a robust hypercare plan post‑go‑live.
• Communication & Reporting: Provide regular updates to leadership ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Process & Compliance: Ensure cutover activities adhere to best practices, governance, and compliance requirements.

• Proven experience in managing cutover and dress rehearsal phases for Coupa Greenfield Implementations in large enterprises.
• Strong background in ERP/SaaS implementations with expertise in procurement and financial systems.
• Hands‑on experience in developing cutover playbooks, command centers, and runbooks.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
