Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading Cybersecurity company in Dubai UAE. Our client is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and marketing efforts across the Middle East specializing in Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in BFSI government and commercial sectors deep expertise in cybersecurity compliance frameworks and a proven track record in closing highvalue deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales business development and marketing strategies to expand the companys GRC footprint across the Middle East.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities building longterm relationships with Clevel executives and key decisionmakers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal preparation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Oversee and maintain a robust sales pipeline tracking key performance metrics and providing insights to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations and internal policies related to cybersecurity and GRC.
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking engagements to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the cybersecurity industry focusing on GRC solutions in the UAE and Middle East.
- Strong network and experience in multinational cybersecurity firms.
- Deep knowledge of compliance frameworks including PCI DSS ISO 27001 ISO 27701 and SOC 2.
- Proven ability to engage with Csuite executives and close highvalue enterprise deals.
- Expertise in CRM software Microsoft Office Suite and other sales tools.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills with strong stakeholder management.
- Highly selfmotivated resultsdriven and capable of working independently or within a team.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Valid UAE driving license with a willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and industry events.
