Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and ensure they are comfortable throughout their visit
  • Manage guest inquiries special requests and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of restaurant offerings events and menu details
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits
  • Coordinate with the hostess service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow
  • Monitor guest feedback and work with management to improve service quality
  • Keep accurate records of guest preferences and feedback for future reference
  • Assist in managing VIP guests and handling highprofile clientele with discretion
Requirements
  • Previous experience in guest relations or frontofhouse roles in a luxury hospitality setting
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Wellpresented confident and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Fluent in English; additional language(s) a plus
  • Knowledge of reservation or CRM systems preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
