We are currently looking for a professional Emirati National (Female/Male) Receptionist to join a resort in Al Ain. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and will serve as the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently managing inquiries.
  • Assist with checkins and checkouts ensuring a seamless process for guests.
  • Coordinate appointment schedules and manage reservations.
  • Provide information on resort amenities services and local attractions.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
  • Handle administrative duties such as filing data entry and managing office supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is an advantage.
