The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex ERP/SaaS implementations ensuring seamless transitions from legacy systems to Coupa. This role requires close coordination with cross‑functional teams, proactive risk management, and meticulous cutover planning.

Responsibilities

• Cutover Planning: Develop and own the cutover strategy ensuring all tasks, dependencies, and milestones are clearly defined.
• Dress Rehearsal Management: Plan and execute mock cutovers (dress rehearsals) to validate readiness, identify gaps, and mitigate risks.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with business units, IT teams, system integrators, and third‑party vendors to align cutover activities.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to cutover and implement mitigation strategies to prevent business disruptions.
• Go‑Live Readiness & Hypercare: Establish and monitor cutover success criteria ensuring a smooth transition and a robust hypercare plan post‑go‑live.
