Requirements

Demonstrated ability and experience in customer-facing positions as a Professional Services consultant

Strong documentation and technical writing skills

Must be able to install, configure, troubleshoot and administer backup and archival solutions based on the following technologies.

Must possess required vendor certifications for the same: NetBackup/NetWorker/Backup Exec/Avamar/Data Domain/NetBackup Appliance/Enterprise Vault/SourceOne

Additional industry certifications from vendors such as HP, Veeam, Cisco and Microsoft are an advantage.

NetBackup experience is crucial

Key experience: Veritas NetBackup administration and support

Preferred: Data Domain, Enterprise Vault, Avamar, NetWorker

Tape Library support

Dell Avamar and Networker (data protection suite) administration and support

Installation experience for any of the above products is a positive.

Full clean driving license

Experience working in the Gulf region
