A reputable UAE company is seeking an HR professional to handle employee relations and manage recruitment coordination. Responsibilities include screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate HR records. Only candidates who can join immediately will be considered, with a preference for male candidates. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team in Abu Dhabi.
Handle employee relations and provide day-to-day HR support.
Manage recruitment coordination, including liaising with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, HR databases, and employee records.
Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Send interview confirmations, follow-ups, and feedback to candidates/agencies.
Assist in sourcing profiles from job portals, databases, and manpower supply agencies.
Ensure compliance documentation and employee files are complete and up to date.
Prepare reports, HR analytics, and maintain accurate Excel trackers.
