Role Description – Human Resources Manager (Full-Time, On-Site – Ras Al Khaimah)

This is a full-time, on‑site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Ras Al Khaimah. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, compliance with UAE labor laws, and the development and implementation of HR policies and practices. Additional responsibilities include managing performance appraisals, employee training, team development, and partnering with leadership to foster an inclusive, productive, and positive workplace culture.
