Independent is for all ambitious individuals who want to advance their careers. We are currently looking to hire an experienced Onboarding Specialist to join our TA team at our Head Office in Tecom Dubai. Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:

• Facilitating the end-to-end onboarding process for new colleagues, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Preparing and maintaining all necessary onboarding documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters, and other legal documents.
• Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of onboarding activities such as IT setup, system access, and office space arrangements.
• Guiding new hires through paperwork, ensuring all required documents are submitted and recorded properly.
• Responding to employees' inquiries related to onboarding processes and HR policies, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance onboarding efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintaining accurate records of onboarding activities, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Supporting other HR-related activities when required.

Experience and Skills:

1. Proven experience in effective onboarding, including successful bulk onboarding of new colleagues.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with hiring managers and candidates.
3. Ability to establish and cultivate strong relationships with peers at various organizational levels and externally.
4. Proficiency in using tools to maintain trackers and data related to onboarding.
