Job summary
A leading distributor of children's products in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the full HR function for UAE and regional operations. The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role, strong knowledge of UAE labour law, and proven skills in recruitment and employee engagement. This position involves executing HR strategy, managing recruitment, and ensuring compliance with all HR policies. Competitive compensation is offered.
Qualifications
- 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Manager or senior HR role.
- Proven experience in distribution, retail, FMCG, or similar fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
