Human Resource Business Partner (UAE National)

An opportunity exists within their Human Resources division for a UAE National to operate as a Business Partner, focusing upon the strategic elements of the business. Reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources, the main focus will be to develop the business units and to advise, facilitate and coordinate people processes across the unit providing professional HR guidance and support to relevant internal customer groups.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritise and build organizational capabilities
• Drive HR agenda within the local strategic business plan to ensure processes enable future objectives
• Act as a liaison between the line and HR to ensure services are aligned with internal customer needs
