Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Dubai seeks an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to business leaders. Responsibilities include providing HR guidance, supporting talent management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and at least 3 years of HRBP experience. This role is key to fostering a positive workplace culture and driving organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HRBP, HR generalist, or in a similar role.
  • Experience in employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary HR contact for assigned business units or departments.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to managers and employees.
  • Support leadership in workforce planning and performance management.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and implement development plans.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution support.
