Senior HR Manager - Multi-Store Retail
Job summary
A leading consultancy firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR functions in the retail sector. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of HR experience, preferably in multi-store retail environments. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Excellent communication skills and HRMS proficiency are essential. Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, preferably in retail or consumer-facing industries.
