Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Regional Head.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and update client information using the CRM system.
  • Liaise with executive assistants across regional and global offices.
  • Organise and prepare for meetings, creating agendas and materials.
  • Attend and take meeting notes, following up on tasks.
  • Assist in organising internal events and client meetings.
  • Prepare presentations and documentation for the Regional Head.
  • Manage the Regional Head's calendar and business expenses.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
