The Resource Coordinator will be responsible for managing resources effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service, coordinating communication among team members, and facilitating employee training as needed. Day-to-day tasks will include overseeing project logistics, scheduling, and assisting with resource allocation to optimize efficiency and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• 1-3 years of experience in resource coordination/resource planning/resource allocation preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
• Candidates MUST be based in the UAE and MUST hold a valid UAE driving license.
• Excellent Communication skills for internal and external coordination
• Customer Service skills to maintain and enhance client relations
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in resource coordination or project management is an advantage
