Stewarding Operations Lead
Job summary
A leading hotel chain is looking for a stewarding professional in Ajman, UAE. Responsibilities include dishwashing, maintaining sanitation standards, and supervising kitchen areas. The ideal candidate has experience in stewarding, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure. This full-time role requires teamwork and attention to guest needs, providing a comprehensive support system for the kitchen operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Stewarding department preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications preferred.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Focus on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times.
Responsibilities
- Participate in dishwashing, garbage removal, and pot washing.
- Ensure safe and productive operation.
- Supervise sanitation of kitchen storerooms and equipment.
- Assist in training all stewarding duties.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchens and areas.
