A leading grocery delivery service in Dubai is seeking an experienced team manager to oversee grocery store supervisors and ensure operational excellence in order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in logistics or grocery operations, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be data-driven. Responsibilities include managing teams, supervising order fulfillment, and ensuring customer satisfaction with strict adherence to processes. A UAE driving license is required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience in order fulfillment and management.
• Experience in grocery store operations.
• Comfortable with Excel/Google sheets.
• Basic food handling experience.
• UAE Driving license is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of grocery store supervisors.
• Supervise performance of grocery order fulfillment processes.
• Ensure adherence to food handling and packing SOPs.
• Handle coordination with customer care and rider teams.
• Manage rostering of pickers and store supervisors.
