Responsibilities

• Participate in dishwashing, garbage removal, and pot washing.
• Ensure safe and productive operation.
• Supervise sanitation of kitchen storerooms and equipment.
• Assist in training all stewarding duties.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchens and areas.
