Job Description

Job Title:Maritime Recruiter (Female – English Fluent)

Salary + Commission (paid after successful candidate placement equivalent to salary)

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and personableRecruiterwith a passion for people and a background in the maritime or yachting industry. This is ahybrid roleprimarily based inDubai, with occasional in-office days inRAK.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, well-organized, and confident in managing end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing candidates to interview coordination and onboarding. Experience within the maritime/yachting industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen qualified crew and maritime professionals for various yacht and marine-based roles
• Build strong candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, and industry networks
• Coordinate interviews, collect references, and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Maintain candidate records and update internal CRM systems regularly
• Communicate professionally with yacht managers, captains, and HODs to understand their hiring needs
• Support onboarding and document verification processes
• Collaborate with the wider team to align recruitment with company goals
• Occasionally attend yacht shows or marina visits in the UAE to expand network and brand awareness

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• Female candidate, currentlybased in Dubai
• Fluent inEnglish(spoken and written)
• Minimum 1–2 years ofrecruitment experience; maritime/yachting background is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet hiring targets
• Willing to commute toRAK office occasionally
• Proficiency with recruitment platforms, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems
