A leading cultural organization in Abu Dhabi seeks a Head for the Bait Al Gahwa Production and Operations Management Unit. The ideal candidate will manage procurement, logistics, and events while ensuring cultural integrity and high-quality standards. Candidates should hold a bachelor's or master's degree and have substantial experience in operations and events management, particularly within a cultural context. Proficiency in English and Arabic is required to foster strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 8 years in Events and Operations Management of large scale Cultural Events or Productions.
• 10 years in productions in general.
• At least 6-8 years of project management and relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute procurement operations for Bait Al Gahwa projects.
• Lead planning and coordination of events aligned with objectives.
• Develop logistics plans for smooth event operations.
• Collaborate with programming teams for seamless integration.
• Report on event operations and identify optimizations.
