We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in executing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will work collaboratively with department managers to foster a positive work environment and ensure our HR practices align with company objectives.

• Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
• Facilitate performance management processes, assisting in the development and tracking of employee goals.
• Maintain employee records accurately and confidentially, in accordance with legal requirements.
• Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, benefits, and any employment-related inquiries.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and engagement.
• Partner with management to address employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture.

• Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the technology or financial services sectors.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and confidentiality.
• Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex issues.
