We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Transformation and Operational Excellence Director to lead and drive significant improvements within our People and Culture function with a strong emphasis on HRIS and Data Analytics. In this critical role you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize HR service delivery, enhance efficiency, and drive a data-driven culture of continuous improvement. You will partner with People and Culture leadership and cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and leverage technology to transform our People Operations.

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation and operational excellence strategy for People Operations and Solutions aligned with the overall People and Culture and business objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Lead the identification, analysis, and redesign of People processes to streamline workflows, eliminate redundancies, and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive a culture of continuous improvement within People & Culture, implementing methodologies such as Lean, Agile or other best practices to enhance service delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Technology Enablement: Evaluate, recommend, and implement technology solutions to automate processes, improve data management, and enhance the employee experience.
  • Data Analytics: Design and deliver comprehensive People data analytics solutions to provide actionable insights, support decision‑making, and drive People effectiveness.
  • Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and track progress against goals.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational changes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with People partners, CEOs, functional leaders and other stakeholders to understand their needs, communicate progress, and ensure alignment on transformation initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing team of operational excellence professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple complex projects related to People Operations / Solutions transformation, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery of results.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure People Solutions and operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR operations, shared services, or process improvement with a focus on transformation and operational excellence.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing large‑/mid‑scale transformation initiatives in an HR Shared Services environment.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes, best practices, HR Data & Analytics, and service delivery models.
  • Strong knowledge of HR technology solutions (e.g., HRIS, case management systems, workflow automation tools).
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) and project management frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work in a fast‑paced environment, and drive results.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and develop high‑performing teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with specific HR technology (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle ServiceNow).
  • Certification in Project and/or Change Management, Lean, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in a global organization.
  • Experience in Middle East countries’ employment practices and regulations.
