We are hiring on behalf of our client a fast-growing real estate development startup in Dubai for the role of HR & Admin Lead. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking company that has just completed its first major project and is now expanding aggressively through land acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translation & Communication: Bridge communication between English and Russian speakers ensuring clarity and cultural accuracy in all business interactions.
  • Administrative Leadership: Manage day-to-day office operations ensuring organizational efficiency and a well-structured working environment.
  • HR Management:
    • Oversee recruitment and onboarding
    • Ensure HR policy compliance and alignment with UAE labor laws
    • Lead employee engagement performance tracking and internal HR processes
  • Executive Support: Act as a trusted assistant to senior leadership managing schedules meetings and supporting key strategic initiatives.
  • Regulatory Affairs: Handle PRO-related matters liaise with government entities and manage labor office requirements.
