A leading global hospitality company in Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager – Groups & Events to drive revenue growth by developing and managing key accounts in the MICE, Corporate & Government segments. The ideal candidate will have experience in proactive sales within the hospitality industry and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will represent the hotel at industry events, negotiate contracts, and develop long-term client relationships. A Sales Manager – Groups & Events is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing key accounts MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events), Corporate & Government segments. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies in line with the hotel’s standards.
The Sales Manager – Groups & Events role requires a strategic approach to sales, market analysis, competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business and customer engagement to position the hotel as a preferred destination for events & groups business.
