About the role :

1. Lead with vision. Own and drive the group's enterprise architecture strategy with a sharp focus on AI-first and data-centric solutions.
2. Embed intelligence at scale. Partner with data science, analytics, and AI teams to define how machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation integrate across platforms and business domains.
3. Future-proof the stack. Champion modern, cloud-native, and modular architecture that accelerates innovation while enabling robust AI deployment and experimentation.
4. Transform legacy. Modernise outdated systems and lead a shift toward intelligent platforms and real-time data infrastructure.
5. Drive alignment. Work directly with the C-suite and business leaders to translate business ambition into technology roadmaps that prioritise AI-readiness and scalability.
6. Establish guardrails. Define and enforce architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) that enable agility while maintaining governance.
7. Inspire talent. Lead a high-performing team of architects across key domains, and build a collaborative culture centred on innovation and value delivery.

About you :

1. Deep experience in enterprise architecture with a track record of embedding AI and data strategies into core business systems.
2. Technical fluency in AI / ML platforms, data pipelines, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern architecture principles (microservices, APIs, event-driven systems).
3. Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and intelligent enterprise environments across multiple business models and tech stacks.
4. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills - confident influencing C-level stakeholders and guiding diverse teams toward a shared vision.
5. Deep understanding of ERP, CRM, HCM, and how to evolve them for an AI-enabled future.
6. Domain knowledge in retail, FMCG, manufacturing, pharma, or other consumer-facing sectors is highly valued.
