Vehicle Handover & Customer Experience Specialist
Job summary
A prominent automotive company in the UAE is looking for a Vehicle Demo & Delivery Specialist. You will coordinate vehicle handovers between customers and internal departments, ensuring top-tier customer service while managing vehicle delivery records. Candidates should have a degree in any discipline or automotive vocational route, with at least 2 years of customer service experience. Bilingual candidates in Arabic and English preferred. Join a dedicated team that promotes excellence in customer care.
Qualifications
- 2 years experience in a customer service environment.
- Good knowledge of automobile sales gained through formal training or work experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal departments for vehicle handover.
- Prepare Vehicle Configuration Records prior to delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery status.
