A leading logistics and shipping company in Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and provide accurate shipping information. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in logistics, strong communication skills, and proficiency in CRM software. This role requires attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
Qualifications
