Job summary
A healthcare service provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled individual to manage customer inquiries in a call center environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the field. Responsibilities include answering customer calls, documenting communications, and providing product information. Qualifications
