Job description
Bank Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Onboard banks and financial institutions across geographies onto the 360tf platform.
- Build and strengthen senior-level relationships with key stakeholders across FI, Trade Finance, and Product divisions.
- Regularly engage with underwriting banks to promote LC confirmation/discounting opportunities.
- Maintain regular engagement with bank partners through timely updates and communication.
Revenue & P&L Ownership
- Support the leadership team in driving revenue growth through strategic bank partnerships.
- Take ownership of the P&L for assigned banks, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost efficiencies.
Debt Syndication Support
- Identify and pitch underwriting banks with an appetite for LC confirmation/discounting.
- Support in structuring transactions and engaging underwriting banks for deal execution.
- Help build a “Bank Ledger” with insights and engagement strategies for potential partners.
Networking, Lobbying & Industry Presence
- Represent 360tf at industry events to build senior-level banking relationships.
- Leverage relationships with Banking Associations, advisory boards, statutory auditors, and ministries to influence and accelerate bank onboarding.
- Initiate dialogues with CTOs, CROs, Heads of Wholesale Banking, and Trade Operations to complement FI engagement.
