Job Description

  • Lead and manage the entire sales department, including off-plan and secondary market teams
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, forecasting, and performance goals
  • Recruit, train, and mentor top-performing agents and team leaders
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and drive campaign success
  • Monitor KPIs, provide regular reporting to senior management/CEO
  • Build and maintain relationships with key developers, brokers, and clients
  • Oversee CRM and sales funnel management for improved conversion rates
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and uphold company standards
  • Represent the company at networking events, expos, and client meetings
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in Dubai real estate, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, especially off-plan and luxury segments
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding high-volume sales targets
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
  • Bachelor's degree (Real Estate, Business, or related field); MBA/RERA certification preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Property Finder tools, etc.)
