Qualifications

- UAE Driving License is mandatory.

- Inspect materials and construction works as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors and engineers for project execution.

A reputed Engineering Consultant office in Dubai is urgently looking for a Mechanical Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate should be a Mechanical Engineering graduate with 7+ years of working experience as a site Engineer responsible for site supervision, auditing work execution, quality checks, and records for high-rise towers and luxury villas.
- Check materials received on site in compliance with the Contractor’s approved submissions.
- Inspect construction works that include builder works and MEP installation as per shop drawings and project specifications.
- Inspect testing and commissioning for all mechanical services.
- Check non-conformity to specifications and drawings.
- Assist and coordinate with other engineers upon the approval of shop drawings and material submittals.
- Administer and manage all submittals & approval processes.
- Monitor contractor’s activities on site concerning technical, authorities’ regulation, and contractual compliance.
- Discuss with other engineers all interrelated construction functions including materials, equipment, and construction sequence.
- Communicate directly with the contractors and client to coordinate activities on routine matters.
Requirements:
- Candidate willing to join on an immediate basis, with 3-5 years of experience in UAE preferred.
- Candidate having a UAE Driving License is a must.
